Medicaid & Paying for CarePaying for home care
Community HealthChoices, private pay and long-term care insurance, explained simply.

Home care through Medicaid
Many clients receive home care through Pennsylvania's Community HealthChoices (CHC), Medicaid's long-term services program for older adults and adults with physical disabilities. Approved services are billed to your plan, so you won't get a bill from us.
CHC serves Pennsylvania adults 21 and older who qualify for Medicaid long-term services. Your service coordinator decides how many hours you're approved for.
- No bills for approved CHC services
- We work directly with your service coordinator
- Your current caregiver may be able to join TrueHaven
